Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years experience in a busy research environment, preferably in a research firm.
Proven experience in Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E) is an added advantage
Strong analytical skills
Excellent project management, problem solving and organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
